Content Review Policy

This policy explains how Hair Fixr Studio keeps its published content — blog articles, service pages, pricing pages and FAQs — accurate and up to date.
Review Cadence
- Pricing pages: reviewed every quarter and on every price change.
- Service pages: reviewed at least every 6 months.
- Cornerstone blog articles: reviewed annually.
- Medical / trichology content: reviewed annually by our lead trichologist.
- Studio info, hours and addresses: updated within 48 hours of any change.
Who Reviews
Reviews are performed by qualified members of the Hair Fixr Studio team — the lead trichologist for medical accuracy, the studio manager for pricing and operations, and the editorial owner for clarity and tone. No article is published or refreshed without a second human reviewer.
How Updates Are Marked
When a published article is meaningfully updated — new data, corrected pricing, changed recommendation — we update the visible "Last updated" date on the page and, for cornerstone content, add a brief change note at the top of the article.
Outdated or Deprecated Content
If a service is discontinued or guidance changes materially, we either rewrite the article, redirect it to its successor, or add a dated notice at the top explaining why the page is preserved. We do not silently delete content that ranks in search, because that breaks user trust.
Reader-Reported Issues
Email care@hairfixr.com with the article URL and the issue. Verified factual errors are corrected within 5 business days. We respond to every report.
