• Photos: selfies you upload to AI Hair Try-On. These are processed to generate your preview and stored against your enquiry so our team can advise you.
• Order details: when you purchase a product, we collect billing/shipping address and payment confirmation. Card numbers are handled by our payment gateway — we never store them.
• Website usage: pages visited, device and browser, approximate location, cookies and analytics events (e.g. WhatsApp clicks, form submissions).

2. How we use it

• To respond to your consultation request and recommend the right non-surgical hair solution.
• To fulfil and ship product orders.
• To send appointment reminders and service updates.
• To improve our website, AI Try-On accuracy and customer experience.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: our internal team, our payment gateway, our courier partner, and our analytics provider (Google Analytics). All processors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.

4. Your photos

Try-On selfies are used only to generate your preview and inform your consultation. We do not publish, sell or share your photo without your written consent. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months for follow-up and warranty purposes. Order data is kept for the period required by tax law (typically 8 years).

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing sales@hairfixr.com from your registered email. We respond within 30 days.
