Consultations

In-studio and AI Try-On consultations are free of charge — there is nothing to refund.

Hair systems & in-studio services

Each premium hair system is custom-fitted to your scalp, hairline and density preferences. Once the system has been cut, coloured or bonded to you, it cannot be refunded. Before fitting, you may cancel and receive a full refund of any advance paid, minus any non-refundable customisation costs already incurred from our supplier.

Products purchased online

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping).
  • Opened, used or custom-cut hair systems, patches and toppers are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Damaged or wrong items shipped by us — we will replace or refund in full. Email sales@hairfixr.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. UPI refunds typically settle within 48 hours.
