Where we ship

We ship hair systems, patches, bonding agents and aftercare products to all serviceable PIN codes across India.

Dispatch time

Ready-stock products: dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Custom hair systems: built to order in 2–4 weeks; we'll confirm the exact ETA at the time of fitting.

Delivery time

Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote PIN codes: up to 10 business days.

Charges

Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000. Orders below ₹2,000 carry a flat ₹99 shipping fee. Cash on Delivery may be available on select PIN codes (an additional COD fee may apply).

Tracking

You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number once the order is dispatched. For any shipping issue, write to sales@hairfixr.com with your order ID.

Damaged or missing

If the package arrives damaged or contents are missing, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.
