2. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to:

4. Processing time

Once your identity is verified, we will process the deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

5. Exceptions

We may retain certain records where required by law, such as:

• Tax and accounting records (as mandated by Indian law, typically 8 years)
• Legal dispute records
• Fraud prevention records

Where retention is required, we will limit use to the specific legal purpose and inform you accordingly.
